Description: 

This letter describes the small girl's sleeping conditions where many under the age of 5 sleep together because they are afraid to sleep alone. Davis is "quite certain they are many times better off" than they would be at home. Davis also makes a comment about Mr. Jones to change his work to a laborer or mechanic.
