Summary: 
Regarding the water supply and details the capacity of the wells, the consumption of water, water needed by the school, a report from the Kelly Well Company, and a form of invitation for bids.
Description: 

From this report, it is recommended that the present wells be equipped deep well turbines and floats for safety cut-outs. It is recommended that the pump be removed and filled with gravel to raise elevation. This report further recommends that if the consumption is operated more than 6 hours a day that waste be located. The last recommendation is that the installation of the deep well turbine be accomplished promptly and trialed. This report has letters from Kelly Well Company with their improvement plans for the water supply, including blueprints of "Wells and Water Works."
